Romuald Boulanger a évoqué la genèse du son film "Connectés" en racontant : "C’est en voyant deux copains se disputer pendant un vidéo call que l’idée du film m’est venue". Le récit évoque le premier confinement en France avec une bande de potes qui se retrouvent pour un apéro virtuel, rapporte 20 Minutes.
Le film commence par de la rigolade qui très vite vire ensuite au drame après que l’un des participants à ces retrouvailles virtuelles se fît kidnapper devant les autres, mais par écrans interposés. Parmi les acteurs figurent François-Xavier Demaison, Nadia Farès, Vanessa Guide, Stéphane De Groodt, Michaël Youn, Audrey Fleurot et Franck Dubosc. Le film "Connectés", qui est une réussite, est disponible depuis jeudi 12 novembre sur Amazon Prime.
