Un Français qui criait "Allah Akbar" a été blessé à la hanche par balle par la police espagnole samedi. La piste terroriste semble écartée.
La police espagnole a ouvert le feu samedi sur un Français à un péage près de la frontière française. Apparemment déséquilibré, il criait "Allah Akbar".
Cet homme d’origine marocaine manipulait "un objet" que les policiers ont cru à tort être une arme, a indiqué la police catalane, qui a précisé que la piste terroriste n’est pas envisagée. L’homme se trouvait dans un véhicule immatriculé en France avec une femme au péage de la ville frontalière de La Jonquera, quand son "attitude étrange" a alerté une patrouille de la Guardia Civil. "La police lui a demandé de sortir, il a fini par sortir avec quelque chose dans les mains et s’est dirigé vers les agents", a expliqué un porte-parole de la police, ajoutant que l’homme "a crié ‘Allah Akbar’".

"Les policiers lui ont demandé à plusieurs reprises de s’arrêter, ont tiré en l’air pour l’intimider mais comme il continuait à avancer, ils lui ont tiré dans la hanche", a poursuivi le porte-parole. L’homme "s’est ensuite dévêtu" et "paraissait souffrir de troubles mentaux", a indiqué cette source. Il est hospitalisé dans un hôpital de Gérone, où il a dû être opéré. Selon la Guardia Civil, sa vie "n’est pas en danger". Cette force de police a indiqué qu’une "enquête était en cours" pour élucider les faits.
Pour rappel, des attentats à Barcelone et Cambrils ont frappé les 17 et 18 août la Catalogne, dans le nord-est de l’Espagne, faisant 16 morts.
