À Saint-Benoît, un fast-food au nom de Poulet National s’est installé.
L’enseigne a tout d’un panneau de commissariat, les couleurs bleu blanc rouge. Même l’uniforme du gérant rappelle celui des officiers de police.
Jérôme Adélard est le gérant de cette enseigne. Il servira dès lundi du poulet grillé évidemment, mais pas que… Un humour qui ne passe pas forcément.
Pour Jérôme le gérant, ce n’est que de l’humour.
"Je ne vise personne. Je respecte le métier de chacun et notamment les policiers. C’est de l’humour et un jeu de mot. A aucun moment je ne veux critiquer."
Un nom qui fait également sourire les Bénédictins.
Pour les syndicats de police, le nom Poulet National laisse un goût amer.
"Peut-être que ce gérant a de l’humour. Mais pour nous la fonction de police n’a rien de drôle. On est confrontés tous les jours à des actes de violence, à la pénibilité du service", explique Edwige Guesneux, déléguée syndicale Unité SGP Police FO.
Les forces de l’ordre se réservent le droit d’engager des poursuites.
