La Steinway Tower se trouve sur Billionaires Row au 111 West 57th Street. Elle domine Manhattan, New York, avec ses 435 mètres de haut.
Cette tour originale est née de l’imagination du cabinet d’architecture SHoP Architects. La société a donc imaginé un impressionnant immeuble de 84 étages qui ne fait que 18 m en largeur. Selon le site Creapills, l’immeuble offrira aux futurs propriétaires l’une des plus prestigieuses adresses des États-Unis, avec notamment une piscine de 25 m de longueur, un espace extérieur de relaxation, et conciergerie.
La Steinway Tower propose également un penthouse en triplex de 488 m² au 80e étage avec 3 chambres, 4 salles de bain, des plafonds voûtés de 7 m de haut, avec vue exceptionnelle sur Central Park.
Les 60 appartements de luxe valent entre 7 millions à 61 millions d’euros selon l’étage auquel se trouve le logement.
